Plum, with over fifty years of experience acquired in the savoury cake and baking sector, is among the leading Italian companies in the field of frozen oven-baked products and has always had a vocation for the production of short pastry and puff pastry for making cakes and confectionery and a series of finished products for the Catering and retail sectors.

Founded in 1960 by the Nobile brothers, the company is a landmark of the Milan hinterland and continues to be family run.
A covered surface area of 2,800 sq m, including raw material warehouses, packaging warehouses and production facilities, with frozen product cells with a storage capacity of over 400 pallet places and 15 direct collaborators.
50000 kg of puff pastry and 60000 kg of puff pastry per day, made and packed in requested sizes, including private brand, using cutting-edge machinery and equipment.
Among Plum's customers are both Large Scale Distribution and Catering companies.
Every day, microbiological and organoleptic inspections are carried out on the raw materials and on the finished products by qualified personnel, who avail themselves of the company's internal test lab.
Plum's quality guarantee system has been certified in conformity with BUREAU VERITAS standards .
